We are seeking a Business Development Associate specializing in debt financing to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development and a strong understanding of debt financing and financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the debt financing sector.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and financial institutions.
Understand clients’ financing needs and provide tailored debt financing solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Prepare and present proposals and financial analyses to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, with a focus on debt financing.
Strong understanding of debt financing products and financial markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in Bangalore’s financial sector is a plus.
